Yes fitness is my bf!

Really, fitness is my new boyfriend.

I decided to start a blog to keep track of my progress, my strengths, weaknesses, cravings and how I can hopefully get back in control of myself.

My goal is to lose a few pounds, tone up while still being feminine.

They say you are what you eat, and this calls for a lifestyle change. I don't believe in diets but I believe in eating healthy & balancing it all out.

Let's all embrace our fitness boyfriends and let them be good to us :)
